Whether you are an employee or a student on a work-study contract, we will compile all the necessary supporting documents for your application.
If a new employee is not eligible for MOBILI-PASS®, your company can offer financial assistance to make it easier for the employee to move and settle in to their new town. In this case, this financial assistance can be used, in part, to cover the costs of a relocation service provider.
Employees, who are relocating for work, may decide to pay for the services of a relocation consultant themselves. However, the Human Resources Department of the employee’s new company is still responsible for providing information about MOBILI-PASS®, and for referring the employee to a local relocation service provider.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SCHEMES
The expertise of a relocation service provider can be financed by a company, by employees themselves, or through a subsidy from the organisation Action Logement:
This financial scheme enables employees and students on an apprenticeship contract to benefit from the services of AC SMART RELOCATION without any costs being incurred by themselves or their employer. This subsidy is paid directly to the relocation service provider.

VISALE is a rental guarantee for your landlord in the event of non-payment of rent and rental charges.
This initiative is primarily aimed at any young person, under the age of 30, regardless of their situation. They may be students (with or without a grant), apprentices, job-seekers, self-employed or employees. They can be in private rentals or in social housing.
